Grounding for Election Anxiety  

What to Expect
 

We'll open with expressing concerns in the chat. In this "group journal" exercise, our anxieties will be witnessed and held by others in care. No commenting in return, just witnessing. Then, we'll move into some simple, somatic exercises to ground and soothe the nervous system. Any physical movements will be handicap accessible or adaptable. Wear anything. No yoga or meditation experiences needed. â€‹
